CreatorScribe provides AI-powered audio transcription and content creation services. We offer:

• Automatic transcription of audio and video files
• AI-assisted editing and content generation
• Export in multiple formats
• Speaker identification and labeling

2. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

4. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

5. Content Ownership

• You retain all rights to your uploaded audio files
• You retain all rights to generated transcripts and content
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• This license terminates when you delete your content
• We do not claim ownership of your content

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for transcription errors or inaccuracies
• We are not liable for data loss (maintain your own backups)
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
